Members:	Technical Project Manager, solution architect, business analysts, technical analysts, data analysts, system analysts, information analysts, technical and business consultants
Daily Job:	Analysts and consultants generate business concepts and models, and provide recommendations for business solutions. They may also analyze operator&s needs and design concepts and architectural models to provide a recommendation for a technical solution.
Required Knowledge:	Analysts and Consultants need an Overview of the entire BSCS system and the related business work flows. The following courses are recommended: e-Training: BSCS iX Release 3 Basic BSCS iX Release 3 - Starter Training They also need specific knowledge in Pricing and Promotions, as well as detailed knowledge and experience in working with the BSCS system (BSCS Architecture and data structure, and DB relationships, functional and technical workflows, e.g. rating logic, billing logic).
